I have seen somebody upload a video on youtube which was uploaded right after the day the final episode aired in japan, therefore it is the real episode and that one doesn't have this scene. So it should be obvious, it's a fanmade.

Oh well it could be or not, but I like to think Lelouch survived. I mean he's mother f*****g Lelouch lol.
