OK can we end this debate once and for all?: Madara Uchiha vs Hashirama Senju

Ok, so Hashirama defeated Madara and the Kyuubi shortly after Konoha was formed yet some people still cannot accept that Madara was bettered by Hashirama. So I made this thread to get a final overview of everyone's thoughts so posts relating to this battle are never again misguided or foolish.

To note:
This is the EMS Madara not the Rinnegan. This is the Hashirama with Mokuton techniques and and bringer of darkness genjutsu and not any other weird Zetsu form some of you may have in mind.

It will be Interesting to see who uses the 'Mito Uzumaki made it a 2 vs 1' argument.....

But who was stronger? I'm sure there are examples of people losing fights to others who were weaker than them because of other factors....

harishima was stronger and that's how madara lost now if you are talking bout present edo madara then there is a better possibility that he can win now.

Well if hashirama won then obviously he was stronger back then but madara survived the loss and has become more powerfull since then.

It better cause I'm sick of seeing the same BS comments being posted when other people have already proved that particular idea to lack any basis. So this thread can't be anything but beneficial.

anyway, I think hashirama was the stronger of the 2. I mean, if madara was strong enough to be able to beat hasirama there why wouldn't he have? it's not like he couldn't have gotten hashiramas dna after he killed him...

There is still alot of mystery surrounding this. What we do know and can appreciate is that madara did lose. But id like to know the manner in which he lost. After all history only tells us the result and nothing more
