Suigetsu is the 2nd strongest in Taka first is sasuke because i am rereading Chapter 574 page 5 and Jugo goes berserk mode but he punches him and suigetsu goes liquefied mode and the punch goes straight through him but the water also formed a bubble around his head suffocating him if he wanted to there and now he could have killed em Suigetsu is a monster cant wait till he gets Kisame sword and he will lead the new swordsman he can already control the all the swords what if he could use water arms to use all in combat
