Ok a few things have finally become clear!

I think the four most important info from this chapter is:

1). Madara is the one who is going to be the ten tails jinchuriki and not Tobi/Obtio.
2). Edo tensei cannot become jinchuriki.
3). Obito is fulfilling Nagato's duty of resurrecting Madara.
4). Juubi hasnt fully transformed yet.

I agree with Zlad, while it may Madara's plan to become the jinchuuriki I think Obito has other plans, as in becoming it himself. Not only will number 3 not happen, I also don't think we will see Obito pull a Pain by reviving the dead, at least I hope he won't. Agree with all the others.

The fact we learned all this information about their plans in one chapter was the most shocking to me. Usually this would take 5 chapters.
