Onoki wins this with relative ease he can merely hover above Tsunade and blast her with his jinton she has no counter for it. Even mitotic regeneration won't help since she would be vaporized.

? Not to mention, Onoki can swing that attack around like a laser sword so Tsunade isn't escaping it as long as Onoki has his line of sight on Tsunade. Onoki can use doton bunshin and earth golems as distractions. It is quite clear to me that he stomps her but you Tsunade fanboys can disagree.

I mean the definition of regeneration pretty much suggest this, and he body isn't easily reduces into tiny molecules, as seen with the teleportation jutsu, while she wasn't regenerating. So technically if she has the regeneration jutsu up, which is instant she should out last onoki, and he can sustain it for too long
