it is different. Kurama isn't a slave to the sharingan. he's willingly fighting. Moreover, Naruto and Sasuke (aka Hashirama and Madara) are fighting together, not against each other like the last time this happened.

I don't recall anyone making threads about how Madara cloaked Kurama with Susano'o saying "it's unoriginal because DB did it" so why would people even think about saying it if Sasuke cloaked Naruto's Kurama in Susano'o?
