Jinbei discovered a Polyneglyh..and the people around it look a damn lot like Oharans/archaelogist.. and if u notice one of them is even reading out something.. probably what is written there. And look at the heading "Laws past is revealed".. Looks like the polyneglyph is in Flevance, that is why the title is there..
