Ragnar moves to Mid Range and does few hand seals.Remmeber to aim your hands towards the upcoming jutsu.And focus on the timing and chakra molding.Ragnar focuses on sending a lightning strike towards Fujin right from above.

Fujin sperates his feet as he prepares for the attack .... He sees the skies getting darker as he presumes its going to come from the sky , He Hears the lightning build up as he opens his palms and aims them for the thunder cloud,(Above him) as the lightning is sent down Fujin waits,,and waits until the right time where the lightning becomes dangerously close and Quickly molds lightning chakra.....

Ragnar witnesses how Fujin does everything right and thinks that he has a potential.Now key element is you have to get rid of all that lightning chakra you have left.Aim it somewhere and release it.I recommend using same rank of Jutsu as the one you absorbed.
