If you go around the base you will see how men and women talk about Sasuke's and Naruto's D. Just look at that Sakura thread for example. You will see it there. Point is men and women are both equals. They both take responsibilities on how they treat others. There is no reason to generalize.

Danzo is a very, very, very nice old man and the epitome of goodness in this manga. U_U

Actually, he was quite nearly the epitome of evil and even though I don't like him as a person, he was a very interesting character because he represented the dark side of the shinobi world, which this manga lacked for most of its duration.
