No the destiny thing was wrong and people who still think Neji's destiny speech from part one was right clearly don't understand anything. the Destiny that Neji spoke of was that he's forced to protect the main family due to the curse mark that he had, but no one force Neji to die for Hinata he did it of his own accord because he wanted to protect her.
