Im not going to go into the whole race thing but first and foremost I think some of them get a power trip because they have permission to use certain measures and then they over do it because they simply can and want to. Dude is already handcuffed. He is not a big man. You have another officer with you and you feel like you have to slam him into the ground that hard? You could have done a leg sweep to trip him (not good either but better than this shiz). Worst part is they probably get away with it. THen they looking dumb like.."Oh why isn't he standing up?" How bout I slam you all like that? Use common sense did you see the way his legs were just dangling around. His walking days are over dog. Already trying to get their lie straight too. "He kept walking away.." smh. I did not see an intense struggle, or great defiance. The slam looks ultra random. You not even safe if you cooperate. smh.
