I think you need to go back and watch the first fight of Itachi vs Kakashi. Kakashi clearly stated that Itachi could've killed him at anytime, and that he was only toying with him. So for those who didn't know Itachi can kill with Genjutsu.

@bold Sounds like another fanfic. Nothing even suggests that is what Kisame was doing. You just overlooked the scan before you posted and don't want to admit you were wrong. You would have been fine with just deleting your post, but instead you had to post fanfics and attempt to argue against scans. rofl
