Kakashi > Sakura even after losing his sharingan, he is still a better tactician/strategist,has much more battle experience, he is faster than her, and he was noted for having a top intelligence as well.Kakashi was a remarkable shinobi even before Obito gifted him his eye.

Might not be easy but i see Kakashi winning this one if they were to fight, something that will never happen of course.
