You are really comparing the art of an anime episode that aired 12 years ago to something that was done in 2018? This is like comparing the quality of movies from the 80's to late 90's. 12 years is a lot of time and techniques, software and approaches evolve a lot.

This is a ridiculous thread without any basis that shows how smart 123source really is. Not only Kishi writting is superior and even if the art is inferior, it has a clear explanation based on the age of that episode alone.

In 2006 we had top mobile phones rocking cameras with 3.2 mega pixels.

OP can twist at will his purpose for this thread since his choice of words was poorly made which leads to some ambiguity. I would never use "look bad" and put two screenshots side-by-side if i wasn't addressing animation or art but thank you for your clarification.
