Yes it is. Her competition was trash that couldn't capitalize on her terrible striking. This fight showed what happens when you face a champion boxer. Ronda is a judo master which makes her better on the ground, but instead she tried to box Holly, which would never work.

Ronda needs a better gym and training if she wants to have any chance against Holm.
