Sun's fire dances with braids and ribbons.
Ten million strands form her golden crown;
With sapphire eyes and a heart that's driven,
And glorious flapping wings that make no sound.

This prima donna who gets to determine the fallen,
Through the haze of battle she comes to the ground.
Placing her luminous spear upon the chosen;
Welcomed with honor, she makes them proud.

Oh my Brünnhilde please perceive my calling,
Grant my weary soul a heroic death;
Sing my songs in the halls of the slain,
And I'll recite of your beauty as I take my last breath.​
