OMG we saw naruto power up but the ninetail is actually doing all the job now technically.The real naruto conscious is in his sage mode and the ninetail is using the bujji mode naruto.
the ninetail through bm naruto talking sage mode naruto how long the BM will last and how much rods they have to take out before that mode disappear

Do you think that naruto will automatically know how long he can last in BM?Therefore the ninetail the BM naruto while the real naruto is SM.

Anyway we have not seen sasuke in action .We just seen fraction of his power by his EMS susano

This mean that sasuke ems will be a mixture of itachi power and sasuke.When sasuke got MS he was rush to most of his battles by tobi for example to capture killerbee,ambush to fight 5 kages then fight danzo and team 7(tobi could carry sasuke home after danzo fight with S/T but he did not for some reason).
Tobi wanted sasuke to reach his MS limited which his susano activation so that sasuke can go blind and obtain EMS from itachi eyes

In addition we have not seen Itachi full battle potiential (maybe we will see it when he fight kabuto) because he was sick when he faught sasuke and also he uses susano mostly against edo nagato.

From what i know Sharingan can control the ninetail with ease.Sasuke mention it in his battle against itachi.We also saw madara easily control full ninetail ( ying and yang) before minato battle.

Also when tobi said Sasuke to surpaas Nagato,.. we should remember Naruto beat Nagato that too in sage mode. Now he has full power of Kurama.

Overrate? Naruto was the fastest Shinobi in his Nine Tails Chakra mode. And now he has Bijuu mode? He's practically fighting 5 other Tailed Beasts by himself. And you're still saying he's overrated?
