Which one JJ madara or madara in general? Funny because does Madara still have his Rinnegan? If so, more plot holes. I would not be surprised if Madara's body is just out of the picture considering the fact that there are so many plot holes in this manga, it does not matter anymore.

The villain was originally supposed to be Toneri again but editors overruled Kishi not to use him.Probably because of his lacklustre response as a villain compared to Oro
