This piece of artwork is actually......kinda great? Boruto manga would be better if he stuck more to his own style, rather than combine the realistic art style with Kishi's bouncy rounded characters. You do you dude.

Kisame looks that way because a shark man drawn in a more realistic style is ofc going to look weird.
