You need to read the war arc again. It seems you forgot how did it start and how many things has Obito done until now.

And to be honest, these cells aren't even fully Hashirama's Cell anymore... these are Zetsu cells, a very lesser version of the Shodai cells, very weak cells compared to the originals.
