Looks: Nagato is a tall teenager standing at around 5ft 11" at full height. He weighs in at about 195lbs. with his ninja training keeping him very fit. Nagato's off-duty outfits usually consist of loose pants a black muscle shirt and an open black trench coat. His training outfit is the same usually without the trench coat leaving his arms more free to move around. His skin is a soft tan color from being out in the sun a lot. His eyes are dark green in contrast with his black hair.

General:
As for his general personality traits Nagato is considered to be a kind, and caring individual but also a mysterious one never quite so easy to figure out what he is thinking. He acts out what duties he has without question unless it should contradict with his moral code at which time he will seek others for their input.
Special Occasions:
Nagato is a bit touchy when it comes to mention anything having to do with his mother who died when he was young leaving his father to raise him. He doesn't react poorly to this unless someone is insulting his mother or in some way trying to bring down her reputation. If this does happen and he does not calm down he possibly could lose his temper.

Background Info.
History:
Pre-Academy and Academy Years:
Nagato was born to a loving father, Kuroto Oguro, and a loving mother, Yura Oguro, at the Iawagakure hospital. Nagato was born healthy and without any problems for him however the birth took its toll on his mother. for the first few years nothing seemed too out of the ordinary except for the occasional doctor visits. However when he was about ready to join the Ninja Academy Nagato received word his mother had passed away. His father had found her outside in the garden dead and did everything he could to help but she was gone.
Not too long after Nagato joined the ninja academy and using his mother's death as fuel he powered his way through doing his best to try to be the best he could for his mother. Nagato's father had a hard time raising him alone but he managed all the way through the academy days leaving a strong willed boy who would eventually take over his father's gift.
Graduation:
On the day of graduation Nagato stood with the rest of his classmates awaiting his turn to display the required skills needed to pass and become a genin. His father showed up late but was there in time to see Nagato perform his skills for the teachers. Afterwards Nagato waited patiently but anxiously with his father to see if he would pass into genin stage or not. the teacher would approach and hand Nagato his headband with a smile and Nagato thanked him and his other teachers before heading out with his father on a celebratory meal.
What Years have Passed:
It had been a few years since he graduated from the academy into becoming a full-fledged shinobi or so he thought. Nagato still had a ways to go before he was anywhere near calling himself that but that would not stop him from trying to prove it to his father and others that he is ready.
