I just want to say that, Madara from the moment he's been freed, he's playing with everyone because the war wasn't his doing. It is similar to what Orochimaru said, "I'm not interested in the war because it wasn't my doing" when Kabuto decided to help Obito in the war. Similarly, Madara has nothing to do with the war, he'll play his cards for what he wants for his plan.

this thread is wrong.....it was tobidara (the 2nd madara) who declared the war during 5 kages summit....tobi's reall identity is not over...tobi's true ID is uchiha madara controlling obito...edomadara will use his trumpcard..to make his other part sealed within obito emerge and take full controll over obito's body...

Purpose of War : To capture the Kyuubi and Hachibi in order to revive the Juubi and cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

The war lasted for 187 chapters
From 467 = The declaration of War
To 654 = I'm Obito Uchiha

On an official basis, the War is over.
Obito was the one who declared war (It was never in Madara's plan from the start)
Obito got defeated in 654
The Tailed Beasts has been extracted and took over by the Shinobi Alliance.
The shell of the Juubi has remained empty in the end.

The Shinobi Alliance is the winner of the FOURTH GREAT NINJA WAR

what left is the consequences of the war.
Madara was thrown back to ZERO from where he started. The tailed beasts, the main contents of his plan are still free. Also, he isn't revived yet, the main step to start his plan.

6. Activate Infinite Tsukuyomi.

The war was over when juubi got revived, thats when they were in the Juubi revival arc.

No, the War is not over.

Madara was summoned during the war, to participate in the war, therefore he is part of the war.

Unless the opposition surrenders or is defeated, a war will continue. So unless Madara just call it quits, it’s game on.


- I’m not even going to bother getting into how Madara wound Obito up like a tin soldier.
