1.Its still connected to her chakra network, The ninetails is a separate chakra sorce and is much more powerful than normal chakra. hypothetically speaking if Yin seal wasnt connected to her chakra network and it was a secondary source, its still normal charka and is not powerful enough to break Juuken styles effects.

1. no, it isn't. The Byakugou SEAL is an EXTERNAL chakra source for Tsunade. The healing is AUTOMATIC = it will happen even if the chakra points in her hands are blocked.
2. She can read Neji's moves like Sakura did with Sasori's moves. After a while she was able to dodge his attacks effortlessly.

3. Why not? As soon as she overcome her fear of blood, she summoned the slug without hesitation. And that was a battle against a single person ( I don't count Kabuto cuz he was injured )
