The guy looked like hes never taken a punch before...looks like he got hit with a bijuu dama lool. He's definitely not one to be even considered here...he's not good at tanking and that makes sense because his powers never require him to even get touched.

Why is Kushina not on this list, She gave birth to naruto and the ninetails (sort off) and then still was able to bind it with chains.

Kushina
3rd Raikage (maybe mito the women are the most duriable she almost lost the ninetail while giving birth but was able to seal it.)
