I reread the list and nvm. There's things that are wrong but it's an alright list.

Tenseigan Hamura is a tier above those in 2, but a tier below Kaguya. So is JJ Hagoromo.

Lol @ Toneri being on par with a full power The Last Naruto when he got punked by BSM Naruto. Lol @ him being on par with Sasuke, and Lol @ Kakashi and Obito being in a tier with The Last Naruto or The Last Sasuke when Manga Naruto or Sasuke w/o their VoTE 2 power ups are enough to spank them.

SM pre RM Naruto? I hope that isn't the guy who cut the Shinju, cause Sasuke is a tier above him and everybody else in your list.

Eighth Gate Gai belongs in Juubito's tier. Tier 5 needs to be split into two. The Juubi forms are a tier above anyone else listed there.

Tier 6 needs to be split up. There is a clear, massive difference in power between people like Madara w/ Kyuubi and Madara w/o Kyuubi. SM Hashirama, Madara w/ Kyuubi, BSM Naruto, and BM Minato go in the upper tier. The rest go in a tier below 6, but above 7.

Tier 7 once again, needs to be split up. Nagato, KCSM Naruto, KCM Minato, and Killer B in Tier 7. Tier 8 for KCM Naruto, DSM Kabuto, and Rinnegan Obito. Tier 9 for MS Obito, Tobirama, and Alive Minato.

The Last Naruto should move down a tier, triple rinnegan Madara is definitely above both Vote Naruto and Sasuke, they shouldn't be in the same tier imo, JJ Obito should be above DMS Kakashi/Obito

Base Rikudo Mode Naruto should also move down he ain't the same level as Juubi jins and 8 Gate Gai should move up to Tier 4..... rest i agree

Why the hell is Toneri, DMS OBito and DMS Kakashi in the same tier as the Last Naruto/Sasuke? That's blatantly wrong. There's other mistakes too, but they are the most glaring ones.

I think Vote 2 Naruto and Sasuke should belong to tier 3 and Kaguya fight Naruto could be in tier 2. Good list btw.
