1 -> 3 Hold no weight. My question to you is how's Obito going to do all of the bada*s things that the masked man did to the 4th & Konoha when Naruto was born? Obito struggled to activate his Sharingan much less be able to kill all of the Anbu on guard, easily break through the barrier, control the Kyuubi (of all the tailed beasts to control), show mastery of a Space-Time Migration & stand toe to toe with the fastest shinobi to ever live. Plus, so far we haven't seen any Uchiha use the same MS jutsu other than Itachi and Sasuke only because Sasuke obtained Itachi's MS powers. Hence, Kakashi has Obito's left eye which uses Kamui. Just wanted to know your thoughts.

My theory is that Obito somehow survived and went on to steal Madara's eyes somehow. Now you could argue that the resurrected Madara has both his eyes but so did the resurrected Nagato after the living Madara stole one of his eyes.

Thats your one flaw, on why Obito cant be Tobi. How would he survive a cave in that literally crushed one side of his body? How could a genin steal a Kage ranked shinobi's eyes?

I mean, i've thought about Tobi being Obito, it just doesn't fit the character for me. Obito was a good guy, why would he be trying to take over the world? He loved Kakashi (friendship way U_U), and yet he has seen him multiple times in the series, and has no reaction whatsoever.

Obito would have needed to somehow become far more powerful than nearly every shinobi while surviving the cave in and having one half of his body crushed. I won't say it's impossible, but that's a lot of factors that would all need to happen. Especially for a chunnin Uchiha who was weaker than kid Kakashi.
