Well this is My best prediction about who is Tobi; First let's see all this Information
1)Tobi hates Konoha=>Tobi is not Obito
2)Tobi was surprised when Kabuto showed him Impure world ressurection and it was not planned and when Madara was summened he was awesomed to be ressurrected with that technique =>Tobi is not madara
3)Itachi was already resseructed =>Tobi is not Itachi
4)Tobi's plan is to rule the world with MS Tsukomyu , and we all know that using MS too long makes you blind only if you are taking some body else MS and this transplent doesn't work only between Uchiha shinobi =>Tobi is an Uchiha who took his MS from another Uchiha
5)The only way that an Uchiha could get informations about 10 tails bijuu is weather he is from a very ancient time or he read it from the uchiha secret rock, and we know that Tobi needed Riingan to accomplish reading The informations from the rock => Tobi is not the sage of six paths son and this confirms that he is not tobi since tobi did not had MS or Sasuke's father
6)Tobi is using his MS and he lost one in the fight vs Konan and we saw there that he can solidify himself (He is made of Real Flesh) => Tobi is not Shisu since Shisu los both of his eyes one to Itachi and and one To Danzo and Tobi was looking for Shisu's Eye from Danzo
7)Tobi is an Uchiha who lived in the time of Hashirama and the birth of Nagato since he said that he is one who gave him Riingan=>.........................
Finally) The only shinobi who aquires all this conditions is Izuna : He has MS (Can read the rock) and lived by the time of Hashirama and not yet ressurected (not dead) and he have the reasons to hate Konoha and of course he could take Madara'eyes back since he was burried in a place even Kabuto could reach and maybe he took Hashirama's flesh from dead Madara's weapons Or Madara's eyes got mixed with Hashirama's blood or some stuff like this and His weakness was for making a technique to live all this time or for taking a dead uchiha eyes
Also I can't see that is possible for Tobi to be a new Charecter because Madara is the first one who activated MS and all the othe known mentioned Uchiha who had it are Izuna then Shisu and Itachi and Sasuke and to make a new Uchiha is Tobi this will be A crap
So can anyone beat this Analyse or find a gap in it

Why couldn't Tobi just be ... Tobi ?
Ever since the last chapter , people have been making threads about Tobi's identity . Many people assumed he's Izuna , obito , .... and so on.
The question that came to my mind , why does Tobi have to be someone ? Couldn't Tobi just be Tobi ? A shinobi named Tobi who took the identity of Madara Uchiha until he gets power , but Kabuto bringing back the real Madara had an effect ( a little if at all ) on him

With the compliments of ex killer theory I place my own.
I had my theory that tobi is Madara younger brother but noticing the hints of the story.
Tobi isn't obito because obito could not have fought the 4th Minato on the day of naruto birth so please think about that.
Tobi isn't a zetsu in countless manga's you see zetsu speaking with Tobi.
Tobi knows a lot about the Uchiha history what is written on the sacred scrolls in Konoha and whats not, Tobi is indeed Madara. But the idea of how the two are linked now comes to light.
In manga 553 Naruto fights Muu-Sama and defeats him with a Rasengan only to find out in 558 that he is still mobile and out there. He split himself in two.
I strongly believe that Madara died at the battle with the 1st or shortly after but his body was split, or someone split him. Could be a zetsu or someone else there at the time.
The Madara who has been brought back by IWR knows not that his other half is roaming free, the split half is weaker than the original thus the statements of (i'm just a former shell of myself). The original or stronger half wasn't sealed but killed why Tobi(weaker half like kabuto mentions about Muu-sama) needed Nagato Renne Tensei to revive his main body.
Tobi shown at time with Itachi with long hair just indicates that the split half of Madara which is Tobi is just identical to the original.
Tobi cut his hair and change he's appearance to just link with the Akatsuki remember the Akatsuki was formed by Nagato not Tobi
The fact that Tobi mentions that he gave Nagato his eyes goes to this.......
During the battle in which Tobi fights Minato and frees the 9 tail beast/kyubi Tobi is amazed by Kushina naruto Mom resilience to die. I believe he sought out the Uzumaki clan afterwards, maybe he slaughtered them like he did his clans men or ran tests on them, whatever he did gave purpose to Nagato being born with the Rinengan

Nagato could have been his own child mix by two bloodlines Uchiha & Uzumaki knowing the twisted bastard that he is anything is possible (Muu-Sama summons the coffin and calls out Ngghhkk so he must have thought that Madara is Nagato because they look one in the same) Why else would he make a mistake like that in identity???
Now why was Tobi psyched when Kabuto approached him and showed him the coffin? As i first suggested the separation/split of Madara would show each of them would have an individual subconscious mind and since the split half is weaker than the original well the split would be terrified of fighting himself.
The only real question about everything is how has Tobi managed to live this long, what is that secret???

A regular person cannot control the sharingan like he does, Take a look at Kakashi it takes such a Toll on him.
Danzou could control many sharingans but he had the 1st DNA implanted into his own body.

tobi has the firsts DNA as well... zetsu is made from the firsts cells, and we have seen Tobi replace his lost limbs with Zetsu parts. Thats also why he can use izanagi.
