I cleared two of your doubts.
Those two are currently residing in the belly of the death god so they cannot be tobi since they were also previously summoned using IWR by orochimaru meaning they had already been transformed to souls...
unless orochimaru pulled some cheap IWR imitation there...
Also i still don`t understand why and how in the world would the edo tensie madara would have known nagato....its highly inplausible...
I knew this argument was coming. Okay, let's forget for once the limitations of the Sealing process.
Suppose, someone like Tobirama escaped death and made his plan ect...
After some time, he knows his gonna die and transfers all his powers, abilities, mind and sol into a Zetsu.
Basically, he's not sealed yet and he's body crumbles. With his DNA, Orochimaru re-summons Tobirama since his body is indeed dead and soul was never sealed. So, in a way, it was indeed a second-level Edo.
Anyways, I know it seems silly though I think it's too complicated too but for me, Tobirama's death was never clear for me. That's why, in a way, I think Kagami is more possible than Tobirama. Imagine, him aligning with enemy's forces to kill his master who survived, in fact.
Hashirama is less less possible compared to Tobirama though, no matter how I turn the theories over.
And the part of Nagato also intrigues me.
I'll have a theory on it nonetheless but it's far-fetched especially since we don't know Tobi's reality.
