madara only called himself tobi to don't be recognized and if he said he gave nagato his rinnegan it may mean madara was controlling nagato when he created the akatsuki and made nagato the leader so he wouldn't be recognized!!!

I don't think so, it sounded more like he was talking about the rinnegan itself, not neccesarily the user of it.

make things clear madara's plan is not to destroy the leaf he said himself to the sages that he wants the 9 tails to control the 10 and create peace...second the one that did desroyed the leaf was nagato...third thing is maybe that has been his plan all along to unite all great nation as he did...another thing why would he wear the mask if everyone knows he is madara why now why keep his face hidden

1. "Tobi" [seeing as we do not know it's madara yet...] said that he would do whatever is necessary to get the 10 tails, which includes Wasting Konoha.

2. The one who was controlling Nagato? Tobi..., guess who probably gave the order to destroy Konoha -_-

3. His plan is to put everyone under his control, he is only using the word "peace" loosely, if you call being controlled completely peace, sucks for you.

4. IDk on that one, it's kind of his signature, or maybe it is because to keep the enemy guessing if he really is Madara or not, who knows on that one?

1. Yes. as he said some people must be sacrifice, I don't agree with his kind of peace either but that is his goal, not destroying the village if that was the case his misson is complete.

2.your right the real leader was tobi but he did not send nagato to destroy the leaf he commanded him to get the 9 tail, Nagato destroy the leaf cause he wanted to not because he was ordered

3.like i said that is what his kind of peace is i don't agree with it but that is what he wants

4.i believe that he had the mask because if people find out that he is not madara they would no longer be scared of him he is using the whole madara prestige because he is obito and he is in a weak state

that another reason why i don't believe he is madara because from the begin he has been lien he lied about giving nagato the eyes becasue i dont think nagato will lie about his story he had not reason too and also he lied to sasuke in not telling him he helped killing the uchia, this guy whoever he is has not been telling the truth so i don't believe anything he said unless someone else agrees that it's true

2. He destroyed the village to get the 9 tails, Madara does hate Konoha, he has said it before for making a truce with the Senju clan and "betraying" him.

never said madara didnt hate the leaf i know why madara hated the leaf, but this guy tobi his mission is not destroying the leaf his mission is gathering the 9 like i said tobi did not command nagato to destroy the leaf he ordered to get the 9 the way nagato did it was the way he wanted to do it tobi didnt care how he did it he jus wanted it done

some of your reasons why not arent exactly true because when itachi was brought back he had both his eyes and we all know that sasuke took them and nagato had his rinnegan even though madara took one so clearly the justu reassembles the body with a little dna

It's been confirmed in the manga/anime a few times that Tobi is Madara. So...until something else in the manga/anime happens that disproves this, then Tobi is Madara.

I've always believed that Tobi is Madara, Madara is Tobi, and most likely Izuna is in the last coffin. The only theory that would make me think otherwise is if [from what I've heard people say] Kishi has been trollin' and Izuna switched places with Madara. Someone said something about how they look alike and if you look at them, they do look alike to be honest.

They said something like...basically it's the same exact story in the manga, except Izuna and Madara are switched. So it's actually Izuna who took Madara's eyes and it was Izuna who fought the Hashirama with EMS and not Madara....so on and so on. Which means Tobi would be Izuna and Madara is in the last coffin. Until I see this sort-of-out-there theory get proved by the manga/anime/Kishi himself, then I'll keep believing that Tobi is Madara. *Since it's already been CONFIRMED in the show a number of times*
