Tobi could be Kagami Uchiha!!! The best "Tobi is" theory i believe!
i was thinking about the 6 village elders that were part of the danzou flash back. and i was wondering can "tobi" be Kagami Uchiha? Now before ppl come bashin and tryna clown here me out first...

kagami uchia is arouund the same age as danzou and sautobi and was part of team tobimaru and harishama (senju brothers made the village elders). he also was around when the world was at a constant war and when madara uchia was around and died at the hands of the 1st hokage (how do i know? because tobimaru is still young when he went against the 2o bounty hunters

i believe he could be tobi, take a look at some of the stuff i list..:
1)they have the same haircut form, ofc it looks different with a head band then with a mask on
2) he knew alot about the senju bros considering he could have been taught by them or atleast been around them alot..
3) he is none the less an uchia
4) he wasnt around when tobi attacked the village with the fox

, notice 4 of the 6 elders from team tobimaru was present but danzou and kagami uchia (really every uchia some how disappeared.lol).
5) he is still no where to be found in the present day
he could of been a secret follower of the beliefs of the real madara or could of been madaras son or the son of madaras brother izuna uchia. and if he were, could he have been pissed that the senjus killed his dad or uncle? but ofc he couldnt say anything because the village would probably outcast/kill him for supporting madara.
"how can he have senju dna" or "how does he know so much?". he could of undercoverly been working with madara behind the scenes to get madara in the position to challenge the 1st. then after the 1st died he went behind his master (battle field), got some of the dna that was on the dead body of madara or, madara set it up to get the dna and told him to combine it with his own!
"how could he know whats on the uchia tablet without MS and EMS"? easy, madara told him everything on it when he was alive. then pain in the future told him the rest.
"how can he have space time ninjutsu?" good question, maybe when the 2nd died he got some of his dna or powers to use space time, and mastered it better then the second could. he is an uchia after all.lol (not saying he used the sharingan to copy it tho!)
and notice tobi has yet to use EMS or MS. and for some reason has lied alot to get what he wants, he lied to nagato, he lied to sasuke when he said

. he said it wasnt they/his fault, but later kushia shows it was him who made the atk happen. and in the last coffin, it was the real madara..
i really dont know and is just throwing out the best posibility i think if tobi turns out not to be madara uchia.
i still think that tobi is madara, but in the naruto universe nothing is in stone till you see it!
ultimately this is a what if, and i think it does makes some sense and could be true, i doubt it, but you never know.lol...Im out!..
