I actually quite like this theory, regardless of whether or not it turns out to be correct. I've been curious about Uchiha Kagami ever since he was mentioned. Also, this could probably be used as a plot-point to restore the good name of the Uchiha, with Madara's summoned body claiming he's seen the error of his ways, and the clan's future doesn't need to be stained with blood? I'm not sure.
It's plausible. I still want to see Naruto decimate Sasuke, though.

Wait there's one thing that dose not make sense,how is this man able to teleport into different dimensions with ease and teleport pretty much anywhere?He doesn't even get tired.How would he have EMS if he wasn't madara?

What does space-time jutsus have to do with EMS or Madara? The real Uchiha Madara never had this space-time teleporting jutsu, it was never mentioned and nobody knew about this power until they met Tobi. This is something new that Tobi learnt on his own.

This is a very interesting and pretty well thought through theory. I quite like the idea that such an unknown character as Uchiha Kagami could be the one behind the mask. It would certainly make an excellent plot twist.
As for the Fox recognising him as Madara, the Mizukage's bodyguard could tell the difference between Danzo's chakra and the chakra in his stolen Sharingan perhaps Kagami got hold of Madara's eyes and that's what the Fox reacted to.
I also think that getting hold of the first's DNA wouldn't be a problem, Orochimaru did it and he was a generation younger than Kagami.

i dont think tobi know the edo tensie jutsu. bec on ch 520 why would tobi would want to explain about that jutsu. if he knew that jutsu in the 1st place he have not wasted his time on kabuto

i agree with u but on reading other tobi identity theories, why does everybody assume its an uchiha? tobi has only shown a three toma sharingan and seeing his store of sharingans, implanting it in his eye wud be easily done. and with a sharingan, he cud read the tablets hidden in the uchiha's settlement and find out some of their secrets. only roadblock is the vast knowledge that tobi has of the sage, his children and of all doujutsu.

also, how come on the night of the kyuubi's attack, when all the elders were assembled, as shown in the picture, none of them noticed a conspicuous absence of uchiha kagami. cud it be that he had died already? think abt that

Only an uchiha body can handle the sharingan for a long time. Madara uses his MS a lot and doesn't show signs of exhaustion like kakashi does.
Itachi describes him as Madara and he goes to the trouble of explaining who madara was to sasuke. He knew he was alive and madara knew also that itachi knew about him.
Most importantly, the theories of obito being tobi/madara isn't just because of his name but from events that is happening in naruto. There are other valid proofs linking Obito to Tobi/Madara. It's not just his name but a lot of other things.

One tiny little flaw, wht i'm about to say might be wrong but. One thing I have gathered is that people with sharigans in NONE uchiha bodies can't turn their sharigan off which is wat tobi and kakashi share (never seen tobi without his sharigan activated).
Now u could argue that he's using zetsu clone body but if he is to fuse both his body and zetsu's doesnt that mean that kagami, would have his normal body fused which would cause him to be able to turn off his sharigan.
(sorry don't know if madara only needs the eye of an uchiha to reach izanagi)

Maybe you can only "turn off" your own eye. Its why kakashi cannot turn his off. Not cause hes not uchiha, just cause its not his eye. NOw of course this would obviously apply to all "non" uchiha because it would never be their eye.

Im just gonna paste shit from another forum i just wrote after reading your post someone called attention to. But i had this theory the day i saw kagami and NO ONE agreed with me on my forum. LOL But OP did a good job putting together the evidence. I wrote it out but didnt take time to find those pages so good job with that. Eh it was in response to someone saying i said that last year but obviously it was a bleach site so not many read it i guess. lol
Perhaps he gained his leet hax through mixing up tobiramas DNA. perhaps its why tobirama died. Kagami learned from madara and instead of trying to attack him directly, he used deceit.
Now idk if the ages line up though. Im thinking it is also possible that Kagami had known madara directly. Since weve seen Hashirama with sarutobi and sarutobi being about teh saem age as kagami. WE can assume its possible madara was around at some point during his life.
Shit maybe kagami found him as he lay dying and madara told him that he was "trying" to get hashiramas dna to get leet hax.
But it doesnt mean that sarutobi wasnt with hashirama after he had killed madara. So that could be a stretch to say as well.
And also id say with teh wall o sharingan id say its possible he has obitos other eye that perhaps was not crushed like we think.
CAuse its obvious he spent his time collecting sharingan. So its possible that he was always tailing any uchiha leaving the village. He certainly put some effort into his collection. So its not unreasonable to say that he gathered obitos sharingan.
But yea the whole "Tobi sounds like obito" thing is crap. And idk why you cant believe Tobi actually means Tobi. Then it shows a dude who is Uchiha with a guy named Tobi, years previous.
If it was madara? His name would be Hashi.
