1) Obito was never strong? sure his appearance might give you the idea of him being weak but he used katon (fire jutsus) against the camuflage rock ninjas. He was able to awaken 2 tomoe sharingan eyes at age 12-13. How old was sasuke when he awaken 2 tomoe sharingan? how old was itachi when he awaken 2 tomoe sharingan? He was only 12-13, you have no right to say that he would have been weak in adulthood.

2) The face we see when Zetsu comes to call madara so that madara can rescue sasuke from naruto and kakashi. The body stance he has. If he is too old, he would have been like danzou or any of the other elders.

3) Once again unless the rock had a flat surface then his face would have been crashed. The rock that crashed obito was round. You have to look closely to the picture and you will see that obito's head is not crashed as much as it was his right side body.

4) There have been no facts? when have you seen a theory become a fact. There is a reason why theories are call theories. If you are talking about facts to support the theories then it doesn't just apply the letters that tobi and obito contain. Kakashi is not an uchiha yet he has MS. Kakashi will not kill his best friend for power yet he has MS. Obito's MS power was activated somewhere else by someone else. This means that Obito's other sharingan eye exists.

5) Obito does not need to become the villain. It's extremely hard for most people to believe that Obito could possibly become tobi because in kakashi gaiden Obito is a good guy. Kishi have shown us again and again how things can change from reasonable to unreasonable. Obito is being controlled by a force greater than him. Just like oro used to take over other bodies to become immortal. Whenever Orochimaru took over other living body, he had complete control.

What you should be asking your self is why is it stated that Ao remembers Shisui's charka flow & everything naturally, than after Ao walks out of the room Tobi Appears. What you should also ask your self is Why Itachi compared Naruto to Madara than turn around & state he has inherited Shisui's will. More will make sense to you soon.

Here is why madara mentioned nagato:

Look at the upper right of the scan. Tobi talks about how nagato is suppose to use the rinne tensei for Tobi. Rinne tensei is the jutsu that brings someone back to life.

In chapter 559, madara, seeing that he is alive, believes that nagato had finally mastered the rinnegan to such a degree that he was able to use rinne tensei in order to bring Madara back to life.

Madara would know about nagato, his rinnegan, and rinne tensei because because Tobi says that he gave nagato the rinnegan. This fact would further support the theory that Tobi is actually another madara who is trying to get obtain his perfect body.

tobi is obito because...

if you get the T and put it at the end of tobi then add another O it makes obito.
Also if you say obito 5 times fast you get tobi. They both wear orange to.

You bring up good points but he was 13 like u said and a boulder dropped onto him. Many other ninjas have done far more at younger ages than he did. He was not powerful enough to live through that event.

but yeah i think it also might be izuna, and obito just took madaras sharingan somehow....

and i also think that this whole uchiha story is fake. Did you see the way the ressuruceted Madara feel about the whole resuruction technique? i think he never betrayed his clan, mabye he was in cahoots with the first hokage. but could to be the first hokage? Mabye the 1st was becoming too evil, and Madara tried to stop him with the ninetails, but it didnt happen or mabye its vice versa! MABYE THE FIRST DIED AND MADARA WAS IMPERSONATING HIM AND IT WAS THE FIRST WHO WAS LOOKING TO THE FUTURE! hmmm i wonder.... and could it be possible that its a new character?

You know how Zetsu has a split personality thing going on? And nobody knows where the black half of him came from? Madara was experimenting creating two halves of himself or some Kishimoto sh*it and Black Zetsu represents Tobi while White Zetsu is more Madara. Tobi is the ninja with special eyes that the elder frog prophesied about and Kishi has his trollface on ten fold.
