As Ling stands before the two of you, he quickly activates his byakugan as he observes both his opponent.

Ling: So we got Neko-chan and the weak-looking guy.. *smirks* prepare yourself Shikamaru

As Ling finishes speaking a dense mist is quickly formed around the battlefield, blocking everyone's vision, except for Ling's as his byakugan is able to see through the dense mist.

Ling then reaches into his pouch as he withdraws several shuriken which he then throws towards Phoenix Wright, immediately after releasing the shuriken he spews out several balls of fire which encase each shuriken.
Due to maintaining his focus Ling is able to make the trajectory of each fire encased shuriken unpredictable, ensuring atleast some of them will hit Phoenix

Ling: Let's see you dodge these ^_^

Quickly afterwards Ling focuses his doton chakra as he rises up several sections of earth around Phoenix, which he manipulates into two sections which crush him completely

As I notice the mist begin to form, I form the tiger hand seal.
I then create a orb of water in front of me, and while still having eye Contact on both of you, I release several sharp whips of water from the orb, which head towards both of you.
Yoruichi: So you guys wanna play Hide & Seek now?
As soon as the mist becomes dense enough, and its at the point where it conceals my presence, I begin to go underground, and I travel towards Shikamaru.
Knowing his position, I come up 10 feet behind him with my presence still unknown to him because of the density of the mist.
I take a standard Kunai, and begin to channel lightning through it.
I then run up behind Shikamaru holding my kunai with both of my hands, I then stab him in the back with my lightning infused kunai. Since I'm holding the Kunai with both hands, the force I use to stab him is greater than the force of stabbing something with one hand.
The area where he was stabbed is around the area where a normal heart would be at.
Since the Kunai is infused with lightning, the blade is more sharp, resulting in his body being pierced through more, than a normal kunai.
Yoruichi: It seems you are the first to go, what a shame.

It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.

As Phoenix gets brutally raped by the attacks Ling speaks

Ling: You sure pick great partners Neko-chan >_>

Ling then draws his sword from it's scabbard with his left hand as he simply strikes in the air, releasing a hurricane of wind around him which clears the mist but accidently would push Shikamaru away

Ling: Oops O_O you okay Shika-san?

Ling then utilizes fuuton chakra into his right hand as he simply turns towards Yoruichi while simultanously making a striking motion in the air as he releases a single sharp crescent of wind towards her

Ling then bites his thumb as he summons a giant owl, climbing onto his back as he lifts off high into the air simply observing the two until one is left

Ling: I'll let you two finish this.. >_>

Yoruichi looks at Lings direction as the mist begins to get dispersed.
Yoruichi: Hmmm so he died, well now I don't have to hold back anymore.
I watch as you send a crescent blade of wind towards me, I counter it by releasing a slicing gust of wind, which in return divides your attack making your wind harmless towards me.
As I watch you take off into the air, I divert my attention towards Shikamaru, while still keeping a close eye on you.
I begin to perform the Snake handseal, and I spit up a large amount of water that covers the entire area around me, and Shikamaru.
I then begin to perform Tiger–>Serpent hand seals, and using the water source I just created, I begin to create a large shark, and have it advance towards you.
Yoruichi: Kid do you really think you can take me on by yourself?

When I am close range to you I quickly perform the required handseals and use (Shadow network) thus cracking the ground around me and then possesing you and hitting you with a whirlwind.

After getting close range from you I quickly pull out 3 kunais and aim 2 of them at your arms and one at your head,After throwing the 3 kunai I quickly perform the required handseals and use (Light the engines) thus speeding up the kunai's by 3.*

Description:
This is used to defend against enemy attacks all around the user. The user connects with their shadow, then they expand the shadow all around them then manipulate the shadow to build walls on all sides of the user creating a shadow cube.

This move can also be applied to trap an enemy. Only works when the user has connected with the enemies shadow. Once the connection is made the same rules apply, the shadow walls are made all around the enemy to trap them for 1 turn. If it blocks one A-Rank Jutsu it is destroyed, any other jutsu rank needs to hit the cube twice before it's destroyed i.e. two B-Ranks, 1 C-Rank and 1 B-Rank. The cube is fast enough to stop mid - long range attacks.

Notes:
-Able to protect user from A-Rank and below jutsu's
-Only usable against mid - long range abilities
-Cube can protect user for 1 turn
-Cube can trap enemy for 1 turn
-Usable 3 times per battle (Trap and Protection are each counted as one)

As soon as my Great Shark Missile Technique begins to collide with your Shadow Cube, I jump backwards to the edge of the water source, and quickly generate a large amount of lightning in my hands, I then release it into the water in front of me, which you are also standing on. The lightning reaches you soon after you fully get hit by the D-Rank Great Shark Missile Technique. The lightning begins to shock|paralyze you since your in water, and your entire body is soaked from recently being hit by the Great Shark Missile.
While your still continuously being shocked, I emit a large spear of lightning from my mouth in the direction towards you. You are unable to dodge it since your being continuously shocked, and you get hit by the B-Rank Spear of lightning resulting in your death.
Right after spewing out the spears, I turn my direction back at the air-born enemy, while I still have a quick eye ready to focus on you.
I begin to perform Tiger → Hare → Dragon handseals and I summon a Cyclone of Wind Petals. Using chakra control I direct the Cyclone of Wind Petals towards Ling and his summoning Daiken. The cyclone hits Daiken making him disperse, and Ling begins to fall from the air towards the ground falling to his death.

I start performing the Boar → Ox handseals, and as I finish the last hand seal you begin to touch the ground, and as you do so the ground spirals inwards crushing you. As soon as the ground begins to spiral inwards, I begin to release chakra into the atmosphere above you creating a small black cloud, and it begins to rain oil down in the area your in. I then send a electrical essence into the clouds, and I then create lightning in the area your in causing a huge explosion going burning your body to pieces finishing you off if your still alive after being crushed.

As soon as I notice the earth below me spiralling inwards I do not waste a moment as I punch my fist into the air, releasing a hurricane from it which is directed towards the ground a meter infront of me, using the hurricane's impact to free myself from the spiral and create a larger distance between the two of us.

Then Ling simply turns around, walking away.

Ling: We'll finish this another time Neko-chan.

Ling then leaps into the air as he bites his thumb, summoning a giant owl on which Ling flies away rapidly.
