Neji stepped into the battle arena, he was told that they couldn't find another Academy Student to battle with him today, but instead a Chunin. He wasn't displeased with this, instead he was excited with the fact that he got to battle with someone who was on a higher level than he. Would give him quite the bit of experience if not a tasteful victory. He would be thrilled either way. He smiled and looked ahead at his opponent. Standing before him was quite the beautiful young lady, she had short, blonde hair, and beautiful blue eyes shaped perfectly with a rounded face. Her dress was rather short and revealing, but elegant with it's sharp black design and markings. He didn't let this distract him however, she was clearly a more skilled ninja than he, and would put up quite the fight. He took a fighting ready stance, reached into his pouch of tools with his right hand and pulled out two kunai, he threw them both at the same time sending them hurdling directly towards the young female. Next, using his left hand, he would pull out two shuriken and channel some of his wind-based chakra through them, throwing them directly up into the air rather carelessly. They would float above his head, spinning for a few moments until the young girl reacted to the two incoming Kunai, the two wind infused Shuriken would then begin following her movements and attempt to impact with the female.

It seems that the boy before her was odd, but she never underestimated a person based on their appearance. His eyes seemed odd, and he seemed well toned and fit. Without a moment's notice, the boy would initiate the battle. Hasty wasn't he? Her eyes flashed upward onto the coming kunai, that moved in a rather linear manner. Nonetheless, she would react with ease.

Grabbing her sword by its hilt and pulling it from its sheathe, 2B would focus her Wind chakra into it. With one swift movement, she would remove it from the sheathe, and unleash the stored Wind based chakra forward, aiming to hit back the kunai that burst towards her from her foe, including the wind infused ones. This would definitely show him that she was not someone to mess with.

Neji watched as his attack was rendered rather useless before the girl, and a arc of wind was still coming towards his way. "Well.. isn't this something.." Neji thought to himself. Another user of the Wind Element would pay off as a lot more knowledge to be gained from this fight than he first expected. He was pleased with this, but had to react quickly. He jumped up into the air while channeling his chakra to force a strong stream of wind out of his mouth forcing himself to go higher than he normally would just jumping off the ground. He lifted up above the attack than stopped exhaling to land back on the ground after the attack had passed by him.

Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.

Note: The user must already be airborne to use

"I think I just will.." Neji thought to himself. He takes three steps forward, amounting a total of three meters, closing the distance from fifteen meters to twelve meters while throwing two more kunai in her direction. He will stop at twelve meters and begin performing three hand seals, Tiger → Snake → Dog. From there, Neji creates an electrical current from his hand travelling towards the young female before him using his channeled up chakra.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Tiger → Snake → Dog the user creates an electric current from their hand that can hit multiple individuals at the same time. Furthermore, it extends into incredible distances and can avoid obstacles.

While she is busy dealing with the incoming attacks, Neji will take a second to focus his lightning chakra onto his chokutō as he pulls it of his back, increasing it's cutting capabilities, he then levitates it into the air in front of himself and and multiplies the sword, creating two extra physical copies which begin spinning at intense speeds. Neji then slashes his right hand forward in front of him through the air, manipulating the swords with his chakra to fly towards the girl relentlessly. He will continue to use his Chakra to control the weapons and upkeep them further after attacking once.

(Raiton: Inazuma ken Fudou) - Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation

Description: The user will channel their lightning chakra into their sword to increase its cutting capabilities, and then levitate it in front of them. They will then multiply the sword creating two extra physical copies which are then all manipulated to spin rapidly and are controlled to fly towards and cut through the opponent/s through hand gestures. While controlling the weapons, the user cannot mold chakra for other techniques and needs to keep focus.
