Official NB top 10 List​

This list will be made up by the people of Narutobase, each position from 1-10 will have a thread to decide that position based on votes.

Rules: ​

• No hype meaning no Kaguya, Hagoromo, Ashura, and Indra just characters with feats.
• One version of each character so if a character already has a position vote for another character.
• No restrictions on characters.
• One vote for one character.
• Please no discussion in voting threads, that makes it hard to tally the votes.

Voting:​

Each position will have a voting threads that will last 1 day but if the winner is not clear cut it may be extended to 2 days.
