Neferpitou sat upon the grass at the assigned meeting place, humming along to a tune only she could hear. It was a pleasant sunny day and she was wondering who had made her waste it by challenging her to a fight. It was then that her ears pricked up as she heard the sound of footsteps through the grass, approaching her. She then stood before turning around to see her opponent.

Oooh, Nagato Uzumaki, well I've landed a big fish this time. Lets see if it bites.
With her small attention span Neferpitou began immediately without even waiting for Nagatos reply. So to start Pitou would form the ram hand seal before raising her hand to the sky, creating an electrical discharge that would shock Nagato from above. As she raised her left hand to the sky, Pitou would use her right hand to retrieve an explosive tagged kunai from her pouch and flung it straight at Nagatos face, timed to blow up as it reached him.
After using her lightning , Pitou followed up with a flick of her wrist from left to right, creating a horizontal blade of wind that would race towards the Uzumaki.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. Dispicted as the eyes of the SO6P, the Rinnegan awaken on Madara Uchiha after he obtained his EMS and implanted Hashirama's Senju cells in himself. Having both lineage from the SO6P allowed him to awake the Rinnegan. When Madara activates the Rinnegan, he seems to not suffer any kind decrease in his EMS abilities in terms of tracking speed, clarity of perception or seeing chakra. Eventually his eyes were bestowed upon Nagato Uzumaki and in him manifested lower abilities (equal or comparable to MS). While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara could switch at will between his EMS and Rinnegan eyes, although he wasn't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Eventually Obito transplanted Nagato's (and subsequently Madara's) Left Rinnegan into himself. By doing so he gained access to both Doujutsu at the same time although losing the ability to deactivate the Rinnegan and as such, losing chakra constantly to maintain it.

With enough mastery, the user can even be granted flight as long as he fuels the technique. In this case however, he needs to spend chakra to sustain flight, spending a move to keep active.

As this happen, nagato takes notice of you with the kunai in your hand. As hes launching towards you, he cause his mechnical arm to open up revealing 4 rockets. He quickly caused 3 of them to shoot off towards you and one into the air aiming at you from an arc. This would also happen as you flick your wrist. This would cause the rockets(2) to launch towards your wind technique, causing them to clash, leaving an explosion which would also deter your kunai not causing it to hurt me. As this happen the remaining rockets would launch towards you causing massive explosions as they reached your body. Not only that the one from above would come crashing down from above your head dealing major damage as well. This all happens right before i reach 3meters from you

As she does so she also exhales flames onto each of them. She aims some of the shuriken at the rockets, causing them to clash and detonate prematurely. While the others would go straight for you, with some of them aimed just to your left and right incase you try to dodge.
With that taken care of, Pitou forms a short series of hand seals and causes it to rain across the battlefield. the rain would be closely linked to her senses.

Coming in contact with a couple scratches that stung nagato. He wasnt one to let trivial things such as those matter much. Seeing his opponent step throw multiple weapons towards both his rockets made Nagato grow a bit impatient. This little girl wasnt supposed to be this strong. He quickly activate his deva path as this goes on. Luckily due to the explosion of both his rockets, not only would they negate your technique but the explosion would blow the shirukens off the trajected path. Right as the explosion took place he took advantage of that tiny window and project a black orb into the sky, causing major amounts of earth right below you to break up, while not only pulling the earth towards the orb but yourself aswell. Causing the earth debris, etc to hit you on the way to the orb. Right as this happen, Nagato quickly jumps back giving a small amount of space between the two. (Being 5 meters now)

The Sage of the Six Paths had mastered this technique to an extent that he created the moon itself where he sealed the Jubi's physical vessel. Despite it's admitted inferiority comparing to its original version, this technique was still strong enough to contain even an almost fully transformed Naruto and to create a large, 400 meter wide sphere of debris. The technique itself can only be stopped if the original sphere is overpowered by offensive Ninjutsu and if a target is caught in the technique's pull, his only way to survive is to protect his body from the crushing damage of the technique. The technique happens during a set amount of time, while it keeps gathering and pulling everything around which makes it that much more difficult to escape.
Note: The technique is usable only once per fight and prevents the use of gravitational techniques for the same and following 6 turns. The user will be limited to A-Ranks in the next turn.

As her shuriken caused the rockets to explode, Pitou kept her sharingan trained on you, not wanting to let anything slip by. Seeing you begin to form something in your hand, Pitou focuses her chakra and forms three hand seals placing you under an illusion as you release the black orb into the sky. In this illusion you would suddenly find yourself unable to move a muscle as you experience a sudden twisting pain throughout your body, next your body would start to rip itself apart as it forms into a gruesome version of a bonsai garden. As this happens however the orb you created would move into position and begin to take affect. With you being so close to the epicenter of the technique you would be caught in it aswell, drawn towards the sphere and crushed by the rocks as they form an orb in the sky.
However after placing her illusion Pitou isn't idle, she first focuses chakra to her feet to keep her on the rock beneath her as it would dislodge and begin to move towards the mass forming in the sky. Thinking quickly since there is no chakra in the rock beneath her, Pitou merges into it. By moving inside of it she becomes insubstantial and is unaffected as the rock joins the mass and is covered by following rock and stone. Pitou simply waits for the technique to end, safe from the threat of being physically crushed.

Description: The user will perform three hand seals (Dragon → Boar → Rat), and then channel their chakra into their opponent’s nervous system, taking control of their senses. Immediately after, the opponent will feel an uncomfortable piercing and twisting pain throughout their entire body, as if they are being pinched by something incredibly sharp. Soon after, their flesh suddenly erupts from underneath their skin, causing massive hemorrhaging and blood to run down their body. The muscles and skin of the limbs rise up into the air, twisting and forming into several species of flowers, vines and small leaves. The organs of the abdominal cavity spill out, and curl into long, thick roots. These roots slither down the body and attach to the ground. On the forehead of the enemy, the skin bursts open sending a torrent of blood down the face, clogging the airways of the opponent, suffocating them. With you being so close to the epicenter of the technique you would be caught in it aswell, drawn towards the sphere and crushed by the rocks as they form an orb in the sky.
However after placing her illusion Pitou isn't idle, she first focuses chakra to her feet to keep her on the rock beneath her as it would dislodge and begin to move towards the mass forming in the sky. Thinking quickly since there is no chakra in the rock beneath her, Pitou merges into it. By moving inside of it she becomes insubstantial and is unaffected as the rock joins the mass and is covered by following rock and stone. Pitou simply waits for the technique to end, safe from the threat of being physically crushed.

Description: The user will perform three hand seals (Dragon → Boar → Rat), and then channel their chakra into their opponent’s nervous system, taking control of their senses. Immediately after, the opponent will feel an uncomfortable piercing and twisting pain throughout their entire body, as if they are being pinched by something incredibly sharp. Soon after, their flesh suddenly erupts from underneath their skin, causing massive hemorrhaging and blood to run down their body. The muscles and skin of the limbs rise up into the air, twisting and forming into several species of flowers, vines and small leaves. The organs of the abdominal cavity spill out, and curl into long, thick roots. These roots slither down the body and attach to the ground. On the forehead of the enemy, the skin bursts open sending a torrent of blood down the face, clogging the airways of the opponent, suffocating them. The flesh rises up and forms into a gnarled, old bonsai tree. The growing garden of flesh continues its formation until the body of the opponent is virtually unrecognizable, replaced by the image of a small, lush garden of human entrails, flesh, and muscle. Due to the initial growing of the flesh garden, the massive pain “experienced” by the opponent completely restricts their movement and causes severe mental stress.

Description: This is a technique that allows its user to blend into rocks, move inside them and then move in and out of other rocks undetected. Despite this, Doujutsu and Sensors can still detect the opponent. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot be used to meld into other types of earth than rock or solid earth and its not a very fast technique, despite being faster than Underground Projection Fish technique.

First problem, Pitou's Sharingan was never activated. With your normal vision, I don't think you're able to see what Nagato's doing (sending the orb thingy out).
And because of that, your counter would not work since you performing the genjutsu relies on you having vision on the enemy, and what he is doing, which you do not have.
And to address the second issue. While creative, I dont think it'll work. You would likely get crushed by the gravity's core because you're choosing to merge into the sphere of debris. The technique's description also states "his only way to survive is to protect his body from the crushing damage of the technique.", so yeah ,_.

Nagato after having the core of planetary devistation crush his foe. He stoped the technique as he jumped back more. He quickly caused the huge earth to open up bits allowing his foe to fall from the sky. The moment his foe fell from the sky, lifeless he activated his outter path and naraka path while summoning fourth the king of hell. As he did this he slowly walked over to the lifeless body

Description: The Outer Path has control over Life and Death. Its the user himself who embodies the Outer Path and wields its abilities. However, he cannot use them directly but only through the King of Hell. Known as the Seventh Path, this path is required to use the (Gedō: Rinne Tensei no Jutsu) Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique, the technique through which the user releases the soul of those deceased into their bodies, using his regenerative abilities to revive them and bringing them back to life.

Description: The user activates the Naraka path which grants Nagato the ability to access the interrogation ability of the path but not the regeneration ability. The interrogation ability requires the user to merely grab his target and causing the King of Hell to appear before them. With the victim seemingly paralysed, the King Of Hell will unzip its mouth to release tendril-like arms and would draw out an apparition of the victim's life force energy in the form of an enlarged tongue. The King of Hell then proceeds to pass its judgement. If the person was lying or refused to answer the questions, the King of Hell would remove their tongue and consume it, killing them. However, if they told the truth, they would be spared, although left extremely exhausted.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan biographies for the activation of the path and will remain continously activated
As Nagato says this, he walks towards the lifeless body and pick her up. As he does this he place her body inside the king of hell. Giving her life only through the animal paths. Putting chakra rods through her body, with her now having the rinnegan. As she emerged from the king of hell, she steps besides nagato. Nagato made sure he kept all his paths personality on board a bit. This being said, Nagato went towards his next target

Description:
The user, having activated the Outer Path before hand, will focus his power through the King of Hell, re-infusing new life force energy into the bodies of those who have died. With their rejuvenated bodies acting as an anchor, the individual souls are then able to leave even the crossroad between life and the afterlife, returning back to their physical vessels. The technique can be used on any dead target the user wishes to, in any number of targets. This technique was part of the process used by Uzumaki Nagato to create the 6 Paths of Pein and by Obito to create his version, using the fallen jinchurikis.
