I may be incorrect, but there is also clear emphasis on Obito's Rinnegan in the upper left panel. Although, I did look over the chapter again and there is clear signs of movement on Obito's part.

MAybe it was both? Or the Rinnegan could be there just to overwhelm them, remember how Deva Path overwhelmed Kakashi with the rinnegan?
