Sure thing, I'll slowly build things up so it'll be a fun fight. Goku was replaying previous fights he had encountered in his passed. Going through the motions as training as he attempts to let out his anger. Imagining his previous raid of a nearby village only fueled to his bloodlust. Sweat dripping from his brow as he trained in the baking sun, the wind seemingly non existent at the moment he stopped to take a momentary break before noticing a young man passing by. It was the perfect opportunity to have a bit of fun. Turning to face the young man a wicked grin overcame his face. An expression of pure malus as Goku pictured torturing the young lad.
"Oh, this is going to be fun."
Goku speaks aloud as he draws the attention of the man. His sinister tone making his intent clear as he rises his hand toward him. With a sudden burst of chakra Goku will release a wave of pink electricity, augmented and enhanced by his unique star chakra. This wave of electricity will be narrow and aimed directly at Sasuke.

Soon enough, the man would prove Sasuke presumptions correct. The man released a wave of electricity at him. While Sasuke could recognize the technique with his Sharingan, he couldn't exactly determine the mechanism behind the color change and and strange chakra powering it. In response to the pink raiton jutsu, Sasuke would gather fuuton chakra in the form of a protective barrier around himself that would reflect the man's jutsu back at him. Immediately afterwards, Sasuke sped up his brain synapses with raiton chakra, effectively doubling his speed. At the same time Sasuke was observing intensely how the man would respond to his own pink jutsu.

This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.

Goku's excitement will only grow as he see's his opponents Sharingan. It has been awhile since he's killed an Uchiha. His own lightning attack being redirected back upon himself Goku will simple draw his Legendary Sword "Crimson Demon of War" and aim it down upon the ground in front of himself. Erecting a series of shields that overlap and block the lightning attack without issue. Then, rising the blade and aiming at the young Uchiha Goku will release another bolt of lightning, this time white in color. This however was not truly lightning but only had it's appearance. Instead being pure focused chakra that plays on par with elemental technique of equal power.
"You think that lightning chakra coursing within you will be enough to defeat me?"
Goku says aloud to taunt his opponent, letting them know that not only could he sense the chakra within him. But also was able to do so to such a degree that he can feel what chakra nature he was using.

At the same time the user can make a small, round flat plate of chakra, which can be used to divert the course of the lightning bolt. For instance by aiming the bolt at the sky, but placing the plate above it, it can be redirected back to the ground.

The chakra was molded into the form of several large round shield between him and the raiton. As the raiton jutsu would disperse against the shield, Sasuke would place Goku under a genjutsu. From the perspective of Goku snakes would rise up out of the ground and coil around him to form a cocoon of snakes before constricting. This would block Goku Black's vision of everything around him, immobilize his movements, as well as cause him mental trauma from the feeling of being constricted.
Following up his restrictive genjutsu, Sasuke quickly weave a single handseal while running at an enhanced speed towards goku and carve out 4 large pillars from the ground with his chakra, about the size of a boss summon, around Goku. The pillars would be roughly 8m away him. Each of the pillars once risen would release lightning bolts into the target area shocking and paralyzing anything inside.
Sasuke would then run up the giant pillar to his right and jump off it above Goku Black and the electricity shocking him.
"Still having fun?"
At the peak of his jump, Sasuke unsheathed his sword, channeled fuuton chakra into it, and slashed downward in front of him in Gokus direction releasing fuuton chakra in the form of a crescent towards Goku. Sasuke momentum from the jump would be enough to carry him to the tip of the pillar across of it and allow him to land on it while observing Goku and sheathing his sword.

Being caught in the illusion Goku will find himself unable to move, with several pillars now rising around himself. "Uchiha and their meaningless illusions" Goku will think to himself as the pillars then release ration chakra shocking him. The electrocution will bring Goku to his knees as the pain releases the Genjutsu that was placed upon him. With Goku's fortified body gained with his training with Master Roshi in yang energy the overall damage to him form the lightning was minimal. (yang affinity: reduces 30 physical damage) However, goku played the part and was leading on that more damaged was dealt then truly was. Then as Sasuke releases his wind attack, with his ability to sense the chakra and power within the slice with great detail, Goku will stand, rising his left arm at a 90 degree angle, again taking on the blunt of the attack with his fortified body onto his arm. This will slice into his flash, but the overall damage is minimal, with it not cutting nearly as clean or as deep as it normal would. Blood will drip down from Goku's arm as the cut begins to bleed, Goku then rising his arm to his face and licking some of the blood.
"Ah yes, the taste of battle.. what a wonderful thing"
He say's out as he places his arms to his sides. Clearly not in the right state of mind, his demeanor was not that of aggression, but rather a soothing calm.
"Uchiha brat, you don't understand yet but i'll be sure to make it clear how outclassed you really are.."
Hei speaks aloud, again calm but this time with intent. The sure force of Goku's vital energy, his chakra and is overwhelming lust for slaughter will flood Sasuke on a phycological level, shaking him to his bones and making even simple movement seem impossible as he would become shocked with fear. Goku will then lighten up a bit and release his intent, having made his point he simple stands there, blood dripping from his arm, his body and clothing slightly charred from the lighting.
"Well, come on I don't have all day"
Goku calls out Sasuke to come at him with everything he's got, or flee in fear.

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.
