[Suggestion] Official Dictionary Proposal

I'm sure when numerous others and I first arrived here, we were confused with forum slang like:

So I, probably like many others, come to you guys with a suggestion to sticky an official dictionary (preferably in the "Konnichi Wa!" section) so members won't be confused as much in the future.
