Hei Blackfyre in Sig'

A soft howl would gently roar as the wind streamed across the window. Footsteps could be heard approaching from the hall. Hei will take a deep breath as he hears the knock at his door. Upon answering he see's a squire, holding a note sealed with red wax and in crested with his family's seal. Another mission to some far off land, against a foe he knows little about. Hei would open a rift in space and time, entering through to the location specified in the note. The weather and even the time of day would be different. It appeared to be noon, with the sun high in the sky. Hei stands in the middle of the field, looking around for miles. Nothing but grasslands, but a man was heading right in his direction, one whom fits the description of his target. There was something more, deep within him. It became clear why he was a Target.

Passively Activated: (Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.
To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. Dispicted as the eyes of the SO6P, the Rinnegan awaken on Madara Uchiha after he obtained his EMS and implanted Hashirama's Senju cells in himself. Having both lineage from the SO6P allowed him to awake the Rinnegan. When Madara activates the Rinnegan, he seems to not suffer any kind decrease in his EMS abilities in terms of tracking speed, clarity of perception or seeing chakra. Eventually his eyes were bestowed upon Nagato Uzumaki and in him manifested lower abilities (equal or comparable to a 3 Tomoe Sharingan). While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara could switch at will between his EMS and Rinnegan eyes, although he wasn't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Eventually Obito transplanted Nagato's (and subsequently Madara's) Left Rinnegan into himself. By doing so he gained access to both Doujutsu at the same time although losing the ability to deactivate the Rinnegan and as such, losing chakra constantly to maintain it.
Note: Constantly passively active in Nagato and Obito bios
Note: Requires activation ( spending move ) for Madara bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Madara bio with Rinnegan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated EMS before and had it active for 1 full turn.

Standing in the grass field, the wind gently blowing the grass. Hei would see as his target, Han would walk and stop mid ranged away from him. In his red armor he would just stand and stare at Hei, no words would be spoken but it was clear in his eyes. His eyes seemed to speak to Hei. Telling him to move out of his way, or die.. Or at least that was the vibe Hei was feeling from the man.

"It seems like you're a man of little words Han, host of the Gobi"

Hei would focus his chakra and create a glowing red construct of chakra in the shape of a fishing rod. With a single light swing he would extend it's hook outward, directed at Hans torso to pierce into him. If successful, Hei would draw the rod back, ripping the hook from Han, stealing some of his chakra in the process.

This allows him the ability to momentarily use their absorbed chakra in the form of an Advanced Element or Kekkei Genkei for a few turns before being required to reuse the primary piercing ability. This usage causes minimum damage in order to obtain the chakra and as such, is unable to harm a foe directly. However, the user is capable of using the rod to create varying physical attacks to harm the opponent such as creating an array of rod like projectiles to attack with.
Note: Can be used to pierce a foe and obtain their chakra up to 3 times per opponent, each use lasting 6 turns.
Note: Can only be used by Urashiki Otsutsuki.

Description: The user will have a seal on their clothes with the Kanji for “Armour” that is active all the time (must be stated in the user’s biography). The seal will be imbued with the user’s earth chakra and as such, the user’s clothing will be hardened and appear darker in colour similar to the canon technique Earth Release: Earth Spear making it akin to wearing armour. It will develop a metallic sheen in addition to the hardening which is purely cosmetic. It will not decrease the flexibility or mobility of the clothing nor will it increase the weight of it in any way, similar to the canon technique. The user will essentially become capable of withstanding damage/impacts as the hardened clothes absorb damage either completely or to a certain extent. The user's clothes will be capable of blocking kunai, shuriken, swords and other bladed weapons (Kenjutsu up to and including C-Rank). This technique will also render D-Rank and below Taijutsu useless if used on clothed portions of the body and decrease the damage of Taijutsu techniques above C-Rank by 10 damage points. Though it hardens the clothing if the is destroyed or removed the hardening loses effects and it holds no defensive ability against elements that are strong to earth.

Description: This technique comes in the form of a seal, resembling a tattoo, that is passively inscribed on the user's chest before battle and directly connected to his chakra center via his own chakra once activated. It can also alternatively be applied to the user during battle via sealing tag.. The seal is infused with an abundance of very light and free type of earth chakra, similar to that of "Earth Release: Ultra Light-Weight Rock Technique". Designed to close the gap between Taijutsu/Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu, this seal may be activated at will, whenever the user wishes, due to being so intricately connected to his chakra, but may only be used in combination with a Taijutsu or Kenjutsu technique. Whenever he wills it and performs such a technique, the seal may activate. When it does, the user will become infused with the lightened earth chakra and thus his entire body will be lightened several times over whilst performing certain actions during the technique. Any technique that requires, jumping, dashing, rolling, or any sort of potentially evasive action is now maximized due to the user's now lightened body. His jumps are higher, his dashes and rolls are faster, and things of that nature. Due to this, whenever he uses a jutsu that employs any of these actions, he is able to use them to simultaneously dodge incoming ninjutsu techniques since he is able to do these actions far beyond what a normal ninja would be able to. While the user still is not able to simply leap above things like Majestic Annihlation, he may still dodge any ninjutsu technique that is up to 10 meters in any dimension in its size with the aforementioned ways. While this jutsu may be used in combination with a taijutsu or kenjutsu move in the same timeframe due to it only being activated once these moves are used, it of course takes up a move slot.

Description: This technique is a general, sealing-assisted execution of the hard style martial arts exercise known as the ‘Iron Shirt.’ The execution of Hagane Hie no Ikkō requires the user to find his central equilibrium using Zhang Zhuang and then aligning his breath, movement and chakra circulation. This immediate stress plus the spike in heart rate, will activate a small seal that is passively applied to the users chest. This seal further assists the flow of chakra, spreading it and adding a dense sort of chakra to flow around users muscles and body, strengthening it. These actions and chakra flow, combined with the user’s general physique and resistance to damage, can lessen the damage taken by the physical elements of an attack by 20 damage points. The seal functions autonomously, requiring no input from the user.

Standing with his hand tucked into his armor, Han see's the rod creation and the launching of a tether coming towards himself. Kneading his water chakra within, he infuses it with his steam chakra heating it extremely, precisely, and spits out a superheated water senbon that slams straight into the hook taking it out in a wet, fiery short burst..

(Suiton: Tenkyū) - Water Release: Heavenly Weeping

Description: Jōki chūnyū is a technique only capable by the Jinchūriki of the Gobi, in which the user will passively infuse their water techniques with Steam Release Chakra. Through this, the technique it is applied to will immediately begin heating up to boiling temperatures causing steam to be released along side it increasing it's potency due to the vast heat being introduced, however the user will continue to increase the temperature of the Steam chakra creating something only the Jinchuriki of the 5 Tails is capable of, Super-heated Steam. What this does is increase the energy in the steam, and makes the steam increase in temps to a degree that the steam itself becomes extremely volatile, able to set things on fire that make contact with it or even get too close. This translates into a damage increase of +20 to techniques A rank and below (S-ranks gain +10), while techniques which originally did no damage will now deal it in occurrence to it's rank (but will not gain the inherit damage increase). The water/steam is easily capable of melting flesh off of bone at higher levels of use.

- Infusion of Steam Chakra lasts 4 turns
- Usable 2x per battle, 2 turn cool down between uses
- Can only be used by a 5 Tails bio with Katon main specialty

Seeing the man deflect his hook, Hei would sigh as he hunches his shoulders. He would be rather disappointed at the fact Han defended himself with such ease. Yet still, perhaps it isn't a complete loss. It would appear as though that water was much hotter then normal. The steam and vapor, although subtle to a normal eye was easily perceived by Hei's ocular prowess.

"Man, that technique was hot. I'll need to try that sometime."

Hei would dash forward, using his advanced speed, being double that of what would be concerted normal for someone of his rank. As he does, multiple shadow copies of himself will seem to move every which way along the ground. These copies would serve to confuse Han as they quickly close the distance. All seeming to attack simultaneously from multiple angles, with the same chakra rod, Hei would be attacking from short range directly behind Han's location (5m). The combination of which would equate to S-rank (80 dmg)

(Mikadzuki no Mai) - Dance of the Crescent Moon
