I just started getting Offer Wizard Ad pop ups on certain websites that I go to. When I go to Facebook, it's fine there is no Offer Wizard ads popping out whenever I click something. Also sometimes it will show a word on a forum or any other site I go on it will hyperlink that in green. And sometimes I will see this rectangle area of where the ad would be and at the bottom of the ad it will say ad by OffersWizard.

Here is a picture of what it is:

I checked on my extensions on Google Chrome and there is no extension by OffersWizard. I even went to my control panel to uninstall it and it's not there ether. So can anyone help me fix this?

I checked other sites for solutions but it didn't help and the sites I checked said that it's adware.

It says here that thing offerwizards is installed as "Network system driver"..uu

you might have installed it with some freeware that you downloaded..You should always check twice before clicking on checkboxes while installing about what they are..Often they add adware install options with Licence Agreement accept options or somewhere else where user could ignore it.
