Then yeah, he's talking systematic destruction then, not a rampage. Minato still takes it. He can do much more damage for a longer period, so even if Itachi does it in a way that doesn't kill him right away, Minato is gonna be able to do more for longer, which is scarier.

The only reason I gave it to him was because that's the only way to get passed MS blindness, which he would try to do if he was going to go kill everyone anyway, just like Sasuke did.

Minato has no reason to get Kurama. Even then, we don't even know if his alive body can handle it, or if he can even get KCM mode, let alone BM.

Even if he doesn't get EMS, it's still debatable since Itachi can control people via genjutsu and is already on par with Bee(not using Hachibi) with 3 tomoe.

Itachi's ¨rampage¨ would only be very effective using MS, and he'd tired himself out after a few minutes and die of AIDS. Minato on the other hand, can take out entire platoons of people without expending much energy. Minato's would be the most scary because you'd never know where he's coming from, or when/if he's gonna get you. You'd literally be unable to get away and be in constant terror.

You forget that Minato had already used the Reaper Death Seal and used up chakra fighting Obito and teleporting Kurama and using the Tetragram seal.
