did you read? I said they were most likely real. I am not saying they are fake, if you still have a brain, use it to comprehend my post. If you go to saiyan island and look through some of the Naruto links on the front page, you'll run across one with Kishi saying he wanted to draw Naruto as a father and another that says chp 700 will be fully colored.

So my guess as to why that scan is black and white is because that scan is from 699, and seeing how Sasuke and Sakura are still young, I think it is. Or a flashback page. While all of the colored pages are chp 700.
