You're on a Naruto site. Most people are gonna say Kishi, like myself.

I like both styles, but I prefer Kishimoto's slightly more.

Oda draws more exaggerated and cartoony designs compared to traditional anime drawing.

Well Oda's style of very...humorous. Doesn't call for very many serious moments. He can exaggerate body proportions very well, but I would rather look at kishi's style because of how gripping it is.

I don't prefer either over the other. Oda's is very humorous and creative, while Kishi's is more realistic. I find it confusing somethings when it comes to Oda's style, but it's very entertaining.

i love oda's style, the BG in particular, and the cartoony faces are really well done but the proportions for women are a bit off putting

otherwise thats the only thing that puts kishimoto's style over oda's

Oda seems like he watched too much Popeye to me. Kishi.

kishi art is better but i do appreciate the special character design off the people of one piece i'm all for uniqueness in drawing so they can be recognized.

Both of them put a lot of work in their manga.
Yet, Kishimoto doesnt use those grey tones(he used them in the last chapters, which reminded me of One Piece Manga) that add more effect.
Still, Oda's manga is herder to read. He puts a lot of details in the background and aglomerates the page.
I like both, I read both.
My style of drawing is somewhere between them, but I am not that good at backgrounds and perspectives.
