If you are familiar with Sword Art Online's Nerve Gear, you know where this is going 
The new Virtual World Oculus Rift
So what is it? Its a truly immersive virtual world, once you put on these bad boys, you are in the game, you can turn your head to see around in the game just like real life! The view in-game is full HD and all tessellation is activated, making it look like real-life.

So it no longer feels you are looking at a screen, it feels like you are inside of it The Rift also comes with head tracking, meaning if you tilt you head to the right, you can see around an object in game, pretty much like real-life.
