Octopops: able too heal as effective as Naruto-kun, and able to regen his horn...?

Compared to a non-Jin that is, or do all Jin's heal as effective as Naruto (such as we seen when Naruto basically insta healed from the crystal ice mirror arc), and as for Octopops, well, maybe his horn doesn't regen, just as Kurama
S other half hairs hasn't returned to Naruto (or won't until many years/decades later), as we already know Kishi likes too put time limits in things; such as Sushi's eye deactivating eventually after a decade (or sooner via Hashi cells)...

So my theory is that if Kurama's other half of chakra were regenerated; so would have Octopops's horn regenerated...

The horn isnt regenerated and never will. Other part of kurama chakra more likely wont return and it cant regenerate as it's sealed.

I agree. People say that Kurama regenerated his Yin part, which I don't think is true because Gyuuki didn't regenerate his missing horn.
