Octavia views herself as a monster even, resorting only to violence most of the time never listening to reason.Appearance Octavia has pale skin, brown eyes, and long dark brown hair. She has a toned build and is of average height. Octavia appears to be in her mid-teens but very much so older. She bears a similar appearance to both her mother and her brother, though she and her brother are half-siblings. Later on in her life she is seen to wear war paint, embracing her viciousness. She can only be described as strikingly beautiful. Octavia has a tattoo on her right shoulder and upper arm and is similar in design to her deceased boyfriend tattoos as a tribute. Octavia goes through an adjustment to her appearance later on in her late 20's. Her dark brown hair is cut to shoulder length. And, she opts for a red and black color palette in regards to makeup. Her war paint resembles blood. It is presumed that this is to authenticate her title of Bloodreina.
Background Information History Background "Skairipa, awaken. It is time to continue your training as my apprentice," Octavia awoke from her sleep. Visioning the dream she had about her boyfriend Lincoln, taunted by the horror of his execution she quickly snaps back into the harsh reality of the ongoing current events. She sees Indra several meters away from her gearing up in a poor village on the outskirts of the main villages. Rising, O does the same, gearing up, equipping her sword and taking stance. As their blades collide conversation was engaged as well. Indra had much to discuss as there was raging war ongoing where they resided and with Octavia in command attempting to run away from her responsibilities. "You must lead," said Indra whilst catching Octavia off guard striking her on the left side of her gut with her knee leaving O grunting. "I'm not meant for this, you know that!" O screamed raucously responding to Indra and her attack, punching Indra in her stomach with her right hand while unsheathing her sword to her neck with her left for a swift exchange. Simultaneously there was a nearby shelter collapsed in flames and they immediately put their training duel to a halt. When temporarily blinded, She was able to still defeat the opponent by using his body control as a way to hear and feel the movement around herself. She is also skilled in unique techniques, such as the "Drunken style". As a skilled acrobat capable of many difficult feats, demonstrating tremendous taijutsu skills combined with equally impressive speed, agility, and dexterity - those of which are to be expected of a Taijutsu master, a title she has long since achieved. Due to being a specialist is speed, with a naturally gifted body, Blodreina's speed is 12 at base. Another feat that shows her inhuman physical prowess is her ability to passively shave 20 damage from attacks physically hitting her. 8 [Jounin] + 4 [Apex Speed] Weaponry & Seals: ➠ Blodreina carries a variety of weapons in her vestments, she carries shuriken, kunai, explosive tags, flash and smoke bombs, and ninja wire. Using the 'Summoning: Lightning Blade Creation' she carries numerous other objects and weapons, which she summons by tapping on the seal located in each palm of both hands. Amongst the objects in the sealing marks, there is also located 2 spears and 3 chains of shuriken stringed together with razor wire. As well was countless shuriken marked with explosive tags and a pair of nunchucks. Her neck is tag marked with the kanjis 障害 (Shōgai), using the 'Tag Barrier'. Upon activating the seal tag, the technique activates, providing a barrier around his person. She also has the 'Reverse Four Symbols' sealing placed on her back, and lastly a few customized seals such as the "Chilling Steel of the Militant Buddhist" placed on his chest and active. On his back is the seal known as "The Cowardice of Arachne". Besides those, there are random invisible kanji and sealing marks on his attire to be used with the Solomon's Wisdom fighting style. This seal further assists the flow of chakra, spreading it and adding a dense sort of chakra to flow around users muscles and body, strengthening it. Rank: A Range: Close Chakra: N/A (-5 when the user forcibly moves it from a spot) Damage: N/A Description: The use has a fuin tattoo in form of a large spider on his body which passively can move around the body of the user like a tattoo moving around a body. The spider has nothing much to do than sensing and responding whenever a foreign seal(which is not of the user) is marked/placed on the user. The spider moves immediately towards the foreign seal and devours it and becomes bigger in size. This specifically is meant to destroy the source of a sealing jutsu(like marks and tags) placed on the user only, instead of negating the effect of the seal itself. By sealing the external sealing source within himself via devouring, Arachne is able to neutralize a sealing technique. NOTE: Arachne leeches the user's chakra for it to devour sealing marks. The rank of the foreign fuin seals determines the amount of chakra Arachne leeches. 20 if the seal is B-rank and 30 if the seal is A-rank in nature. NOTE: Can devour a single fuin sealing marks/tag. However the user can sacrifice 20 chakra to repair/refresh Arachne's sealing ability. The Gauntlet was developed as a way to allow anyone to use complicated jutsu without the need for training or the requisite skills.To use, Scroll Cartridges that have had jutsu sealed into them are loaded into the Gauntlet's chamber. At first appearing as a normal sealing scroll, upon absorbing a technique it shrinks down to the size similar to a real bullet and can then be loaded into a tool to be activated later. When a nature transformation technique is activated from a Scroll Cartridge, the user make a unique single handed hand seal corresponding to the intended jutsu's nature using the hand of the arm that the Gauntlet is worn on. This causes the Gauntlet to release the jutsu from its Scroll Cartridge, firing it wherever the Gauntlet is aimed. Because the Gauntlet's jutsu require no chakra to perform, the user can gain an advantage in battle by releasing what would normally be chakra-taxing techniques in quick succession. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will grow to then shoot forward and cover the area in front of them. Rank: A Range: Short - Mid Chakra: N/A Damage: N/A Description: Similar in use to the smoke and flash bombs respectively, this tech dazes the senses by emitting a powerful sound and light. It was powerful enough to block even enhanced senses of sight and hearing, leaving those with vision and sound based sensing useless. It's major downside, however, is that due to affecting a wide area, allies could also be caught in the blast radius if not warned beforehand. Due to the mass amount of chakra released from the explosion, chakra based sensing dilate also left useless. These are also able to negate B rank and below technological sensing devices as well. Note: Does not count as a move but only one can be used per turn. Note: User can have up to 3 max while Cyborgs have up to 6. Note: Cyborgs are also able to fire these up to Long range. Rank: S Range: N/A Chakra: N/A ( 40 chakra per use ) Damage: N/A Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.
