Okay, first thing that caught my eyes is blur. It's everywhere and a lot. Don't over blue tag for a depth, you can achieve with many other methods. You could just use motion 1-2 px then mask parts that you wanted to look sharper.
As I saw already pointed out, that light on the left. First off all you want to achieve in tag, visual harmony, that light just distracts eyes from the actual action, which is focal point (aka face(mostly)), never place major light source outside of focal. Color is fine actually, you tried to do sun shine like effect which would be fine if you place it correctly. And you should have used less focused brush with less opacity.
One more thing, I don't know how important detail so small is to you, but will still point out. Look at it's right horn, it is just 1 or 2 pixels bellow the border, you could place 1-2 pixel thicker border or thinner and it would look fine, but that is pretty distracting for my eyes. Always pay attention to details.
