Any ideas on how Obito can completely shake off Kakashi's raikiri wound when it obviously went straight through his vital organs? Did Obito ensnare Kakashi in a genjutsu? I could understand his survival if the wound was inflicted on his right "zetsu" side, but his left side is clearly human.

That's what I was thinking cuz I would think that even Obito woud display somewhat of a response after being hit with a jutsu as powerful as Raikiri.

The left half of Obito's body is made up of the material Zetsu is made of, which is shown in the chapters proceeding from his meet with Madara.

Vital organs? Even Obito said that he doesn't have a heart anymore. He is just a plant man now. And plants don't need food neither they don't need to poop and neither they have a heart.

He isn't a plant, as only 1/2 of his body is made up of Hashirama's cells. And from the attached link, you can see that Kakashi's Raikiri went through his human half, aka his left half, so his heart should have been destroyed by Kakashi's Raikiri.

If he was totally made up of Hashi's cells he'd be completely wrinkly.

It's probably just a genjutsu because soon after that Rin and younger Obito showed up.

Spiral Zetsu permeated through Obito's body, that's the case...:scorps:

^^this, it seems. Also explains why Obito's left (presumably human) arm was ripped off with no lasting consequences during his battle with Minato.

As for his wrinkly face, I believe the "wrinkles" are supposed to depict scar tissue, and don't have any connection to his Zetsu body. You might ask why his Zetsu body didn't just heal his scars. I guess Kishi needed an explanation for the "bags" under his eyes shown during the Konan fight, which were clearly intended to keep up the Tobi=Madara facade.
