I think either Madara, Sasuke, or Orochimaru will get the fruit if we see it.

Madara: This could be his trump card he was referring too.

Sasuke: Big power-up and a way for him to decide the fate of the works, good or bad. If bad, it'll lead to Naruto vs Sasuke fight.

Orochimaru: I mean, damn, it's Oro! Wouldn't surprise me if he knew what was going on completely right now and this would lead up for Orochimaru to possess godlike power and him being the final villain like I think he will.
